I’ve cooked ever since I can remember it’s in the blood my grandma was a great cook and my Mum is a chef. When I turned 16 that was it I was off to the kitchen full time in a live in job, at a hotel in Surry. 20 something years later and after working for the Rothschild’s, J. Sheekey, The Ivy, I was part of the opening team of Scott’s in Mayfair. I then moved on to be group head chef for Mark Hix where over the 7 years we opened 6 restaurants. In April 2016 I made the move to go out on my own and Peckham Manor was born. It’s all about real food we grow lots of fruit and veg in the garden and smoke fish all at my house in Peckham. I’ll be hosting a supper club once a month in my kitchen where people will be able to come along and get involved with the cooking of the dinner and with luck learn how to relax and enjoy the food and take some ideas home. I’ll also be appearing on a TV cooking show soon that I’m not allowed to talk about whoops!! I am now it's the Great British Menu. Been on C4 Sunday brunch also check out my you tube videos.
