About Me

I'm in my 30s
I am happiest
When we're in the kitchen cooking away together
Dietary requirements
I am: Always hungry
I'm allergic to: Nothing

I'd rather eat: Ethically sourced food, organic, non processed, non gm, fair trade
Love all things food and drink, enjoy growing our own vegetables, home brewing and trying to be self sufficient. Jim's a butcher by trade, raised on a beef farm, married to his soul mate Odile, who loves making bread and cakes, looking after her hens, that's when she's not at work in her nail salon on the opposite side of the road to Jim's butchers . We enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures, which inspires us when cooking at home. www.secretpassagesupperclub.com

Secret Passage Supper Club "Chefs Table"

What a smashing evening, AGAIN. Little different this time,as it was just us two with the lovely hosts. The food was sublime. The sous vide Rare Breed Pork was just amazing. Right down to the Homemade After Dinner Mints. Can't wait for the next time. THANK YOU ODILE AND JIM. XXX

Secret Passage Supper Club

An exceptional evening on all levels. The venue, Jim and Odile as hosts, and the fiendishly clever menu (wartime honey!) couldn’t have been better. Lovingly prepared, delicious food - can’t wait to go back!

Secret Passage Supper Club

Jim and Odile are amazing hosts...have great stories to tell of their home, cook and present the most delicious food...the pressed ham and beef starter, the lamb Ragu, freshly made pappardelle, the ice cream (I'll be dreaming of that forever) and Roly poly...then there was the cheese board. Who knew homemade cheese was so delicious. Looking forward to returning. Those two are the fairy godparents of good food and company!
