For quite some time now, I have wanted to fulfil my dream of sharing my passion for cooking with everyone else.

My love for cooking began when I was a little child helping my mum at home. My style is influenced by my origins and the place I was brought up in, in the south of Spain.

I love cooking as much as I do interacting with others. So I'd like to share these two feelings with people and, at the same time, get inspired by them.

After living here for over 16 years, I came to the realisation that the Spanish food that is on offer is not close to the traditional cuisine I grew up with. This thought has been constantly confirmed by friends that I have invited.

Cooking and eating is something I enjoy and after a lot of thought, speaking to my family and friends, I have decided to take an opportunity to start my home based dinner events and catering service.

My house is registered with the local authorities and I have a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. My business food hygiene rating is a 5, the highest score.
