After owning and running a successful Lebanese restaurant in Perth WA I relocated to Andalucia and fell in love with fresh Spanish produce and simply produced dishes.
After moving back to Kent The Tapas Crew was born, with my daughter we delivered delicious food to the South East of England and London.We expanded to a great local hotel and country pub with a function room catering for local celebrities and locals in addition to expanding our crew.
I moved back to Spain for a while but am now in Horwich and would love you to taste my food.The produce is fresh and locally sourced where possible and all my helpers live locally.
