Ingrid Wakeling has been a chef for 5 years. A sudden moment of clarity led her to quit her job in accountancy, apply to Masterchef and the rest, as they should say, is dinner! From pop-ups to seaside restaurants, supper clubs to community ventures, Ingrid works exclusively in environments that stimulate her and allow her to engage with food in a meaningful way. Each dish tells a story, each story creates a dish. Her eclectic influences from around the world lead her to create varied and exciting menus that interest and delight her diners.
