My passion in life is all about food! I love eating and trying out different world cuisines. I am proud to say, I was born and raised in the beautiful sunshine country, Zimbabwe in Africa. I am an Indian who has a lot of cultural background and of course our food is now recognised all over the world. My mother has left me a big huge legacy with the finest knowledge of food. My recipes have passed down many generations and so I not only cook authentic home cooked food but also going back to basic traditional food. My knowledge has furthered by studying Ayurveda cooking. Ayurveda means: A Science of Life. Our diet should be according to our body type (Dosha). In Ayurveda we have 3 body types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. I am now promoting Healthy/Ayurveda cooking which coincides with Yoga life. My husband is a Yoga teacher and so, we make an awesome pair! I also teach Indian authentic home cooking together with a bit of catering. My son loves my cooking and has always told me to take my cooking further and that's why I enjoy teaching so that I can pass my generation recipes down the line. I love hosting parties and entertaining family and friends!
