Come and unwind with a Yoga Guru for Meditation to calm the mind in this busy lifestyle we lead and thereafter enjoy a delicious 3 course meal which is very Healthy/Ayurvedic food. All specially cooked with lots of love & purity for the soul.

Main Meal:
Kitchdi ( Vegetable rice cooked with lentils and spices)
Daal (Yellow Lentils cooked with aromatic spices)
Paneer & Peas in coconut milk (Indian cheese & peas cooked in coconut milk)

Fruit Shrikand (Home made Indian yoghurt with fresh fruits)
