Bio
Wylde Feasts is brought to you by sisters Joss and Flo Wylde. We'll be cooking a highly nutritious 5-course meal, with lots of surprises. We always use plants as the main ingredient and our menu is free from dairy, gluten and sugar. Our evenings will be about good food and fun as well as educating you a little nutrition, and using food as medicine and medicine as food; giving you recipes to take home, helpful tips to implement in your day-to-day lives and access to the vibrant and vast world of nutrition. We're creating a welcoming environment for people to make friends, discuss common ailments and learn about nutrition. We know the health food industry has gone berserk over the last few years with the latest superfoods and faddy diets and we want to step away from this and promote good wholesome food that’s exciting and moreish that doesn't break the bank and leaves you feeling great.

Wylde Feasts put on a great supper club and the event was exactly as described. Food was great and Flo/Joss were great hostesses.

The whole even went really well! The welcome drink was a lovely start to the evening, the location under the church was great. Being able to sit outside and chat to others was a really nice way to begin. I thought that each course tasted amazing, the booklet containing information about the food and recipes is a great idea. Gives people practical tools to leave with. The table setup was great, got us chatting to people around us. For people who don't know what health and why we should eat foods for gut health, it would be a nice idea to verbally introduce each course. So with the Gazpacho explain why the ingredients are beneficial etc before everyone starts eating and continue on before each course. There were a lot of people there though so it would be a bit tricky to time it all. I thought the whole evening was great and would definitely recommend others to go!

The gut health series supper club was Life changing. I will never look at food and what I put in my body in the same way again. Had aubergine rubbed with spices with nettle pesto, cauliflower tabouleh and green salad. I felt so good afterwards and looked really healthy & glowing the next day. A lot of effort and thought went into the recipes and menu created by sisters Flow, a registered nutritional therapist & Joss, a star cook and professional events manager. And everyone got a mini take-home booklet explaining gut health that explains the recipes used and the impact of ingredients on brain function and hormones. The ambiance of the venue was also really cool and retro.I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to shake up their diet and have an evening soulful food and feel-good.fun. Crypt setting was very atmospheric and pleasantly lit, as was the long table layout which allowed for easy conversation. A rare, healthy treat indeed!

'I had an really lovely evening with the Wylde sisters! Their approach to nutrition and food was so genuine and accessible, I came away from the evening having had one of the tastiest and freshest meals I've had, but feeling as though I had learnt some simple and tasty changes that I could make myself. The beautifully presented pamphlet we were given has made its way into my cook book collection!

Wylde Feasts: Introduction to Nutrition

The event was very smooth, a fair balance of information and socialising. Food was great and definitely all that the event said it would be.
