Wylde Feasts is more than just a supper club - it's an immersion into how we can all achieve wellness through the power of food.
Wylde Feasts sets out to achieve three things: serve up delicious food that is healthy, nutritionally focused and seasonal, create an open and thoughtful space for discussion, and educate diners on the significant impact that diet can have on 360 health, affecting everything from our mood to the quality of our sleep, our immunity, hormones, and so much more.
Wylde Feasts is run by sisters Flo (a registered Nutritional Therapist) and Joss (a trained Chef). Our menus are always seasonal and plant based as well as being free from dairy and refined sugar.

The event was very smooth, a fair balance of information and socialising. Food was great and definitely all that the event said it would be.

The whole even went really well! The welcome drink was a lovely start to the evening, the location under the church was great. Being able to sit outside and chat to others was a really nice way to begin. I thought that each course tasted amazing, the booklet containing information about the food and recipes is a great idea. Gives people practical tools to leave with. The table setup was great, got us chatting to people around us. For people who don't know what health and why we should eat foods for gut health, it would be a nice idea to verbally introduce each course. So with the Gazpacho explain why the ingredients are beneficial etc before everyone starts eating and continue on before each course. There were a lot of people there though so it would be a bit tricky to time it all. I thought the whole evening was great and would definitely recommend others to go!

The gut health series supper club was Life changing. I will never look at food and what I put in my body in the same way again. Had aubergine rubbed with spices with nettle pesto, cauliflower tabouleh and green salad. I felt so good afterwards and looked really healthy & glowing the next day. A lot of effort and thought went into the recipes and menu created by sisters Flow, a registered nutritional therapist & Joss, a star cook and professional events manager. And everyone got a mini take-home booklet explaining gut health that explains the recipes used and the impact of ingredients on brain function and hormones. The ambiance of the venue was also really cool and retro.I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to shake up their diet and have an evening soulful food and feel-good.fun. Crypt setting was very atmospheric and pleasantly lit, as was the long table layout which allowed for easy conversation. A rare, healthy treat indeed!

'I had an really lovely evening with the Wylde sisters! Their approach to nutrition and food was so genuine and accessible, I came away from the evening having had one of the tastiest and freshest meals I've had, but feeling as though I had learnt some simple and tasty changes that I could make myself. The beautifully presented pamphlet we were given has made its way into my cook book collection!
