Baked catfish topped with a mango salsa
Chicken coconut-milk curry
Aubergine baked with a tomato and chilli sauce
FRAGRANT BASMATI RICE

Coconut milk & palm sugar dessert with jack fruit & tapioca noodles, served with crispy cigar-shaped coconut-flavour wafers
Thank you so much for your lovely invite to your Indonesian supper club on the 2nd March. We relocated to Devon last October and we are no longer living in Surrey. Such a shame - I would have loved to come! Hope it goes well.
