Join me in the G&G kitchen (AKA my kitchen) for a relaxed cookery demonstration with lunch. You'll arrive for morning coffee the I will demonstrate dishes that make the most of the season’s harvest. You’ll eat everything I cook as part of your lunch and head home with a recipe pack and lots of inspiration. Expect three simple and delicious suppers which happen to be healthy. No detox, cleansing, clean mumbo-jumbo here, just wholesome, seasonal food that’s exciting and good for you.
Guests are welcome from 11am for elevenses and we'll start the cooking proper at 11.15am.
I will demonstrate 3 or 4 dishes whilst we all sit around my kitchen island and chat about the food (and probably a few digressions!) - all very relaxed.
At about 12:45 you'll head into the dining room and I will serve the the dishes for lunch - most likely with a glass of something lovely and preferably fizzy too. Depending on how much chatting there is, we generally finish at 2pm.

Menus are decided just before the class based on what I have in my veg patch or what my local foragers and suppliers say is most delicious at the time. I never repeat a dish so each class will have a different menu. Here are some examples of dishes from previous classes: charred purple sprouting broccoli, spelt and anchovy salad; hake wrapped in courgette leaves; roast radishes with feta; baked peaches with pistachio and orange blossom.
