I'm Chintal, as well as being a NHS GP in London, I have a personal interest in nutrition and healthy eating and am a keen home cook. I write a healthy recipe blog @drchintalskithen on Instagram and Facebook as well as www.drchintalskitchen.com. I have hosted supper clubs and private cookery classes for the last couple of years.
My passion is to encourage families to cook at home, from scratch, quick and easy meals using wholefoods and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables incorporating many new foods along the way. As a working mum of two, I understand the challenges faced by working parents and attempt to address these by sharing quick and easy recipes that can be enjoyed by the whole family and made effortlessly. In particular, I love to involve my boys in the kitchen and encourage them to try new flavours and foods. They are the inspiration behind many of my recipes and also the stars of my recipe videos online.
