Crispy Chinese sesame pancake (made from scratch) wrapped roast duck.
We're doing duck today, but this recipe can be done with chicken, pork or beef (another time- if interested send me a message and I can set up another class).
I had never made a dumpling before today, and now I can't wait to make them again! Ching-Yi was patient with us learners and explained things beautifully! Can't wait to go back and learn something new.
The dumpling class was fantastic, lots of hints and tips and very interactive. Ching-Li demonstrated and we practised the techniques, The dumplings were delicious and now I know how to make the skins there will be no stopping me. Highly recommended!
