I am a freelance cook specialising in crowd-pleasing feasting food. My background is in food television where I cooked for on-screen items and helped celebrities around the country to host dinner parties in their homes. I now live on a smallholding in Lincolnshire where I rear rare breed sheep and pigs for meat, chickens for eggs and manage a substantial kitchen garden. My cooking style is hearty and inspired by cuisines worldwide, flavour is at the forefront of everything I do and my focus is always to deliver delicious, crowd-pleasing dishes.

Christmas Cassoulet & Champagne

I had a brilliant night at Luke's cassoulet evening. Luke is a great chef and an excellent host – he is friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and great value for money (we were given a generous amount of champagne included in the ticket cost). Luke even gave me some plastic containers to take home leftovers! I will definitely be back at his next night in London.

Christmas Cassoulet & Champagne

This is the second time I have attended one of Luke's supper clubs, the first being the vegan one he did earlier in the year. I can't recommend him highly enough, the food is INCREDIBLE and the setting is relaxed yet beautiful. Value for money is great too, you definitely won't leave disappointed (or hungry) if you go! Can't wait until the next one.
