An evening of great food, an opportunity to meet and chat with some other keen cooks interested in starting their own Supper Clubs. I'll share some of my hints and tips on running a successful supperclub, answer any questions you may have about hosting with WeFiFo and the practicalities of turning your own cooking into great shared dining experiences. Come and find out how I do it, why I do it, learn about the mistakes I made and how I turned a hobby into a business all from my love of sharing food.
My events generally are all about sharing food, passing plates and bringing people together, there's always extra bits depending on what looks great when I go shopping and what's in the fridge.
Butternut squash, red onion and blue cheese galette.
Roasted chicken with a tahini jus.
Bowls of salads and roast potaotes.
Pudding TBC but there's always meringue and if there's room in the freezer home made ice-cream.
