Inspired by my recent travels to Bilbao and San Sebastian here comes an attempt at pinxtos -
The name pinxtos comes from the Spanish verb “pinchar” meaning to poke or stab. Historically, pintxos used to be served on small slices of rustic home baked bread and had a toothpick piercing them through the middle, with bar after bar serving up their own speciality and each one championing local produce, so technically for dinner tonight you're going to be eating bits of food on slices of bread stuck together with a cocktail stick ...... classy!!

As you might have noticed I’m trying out doing an event myself! For the purposes of meeting new people really-and I love to cook for others. Looking forward to seeing how it all works although from reading about your events it looks like you set the bar high!
