This is definitely easy to adapt to dietary requirements so let me know what works best for you and I will amend/substitute the bits in the box accordingly. Please do not book this event if your taste buds don’t like coriander, coriander is featured very heavily in all the dishes and would be impossible to pick out.

Mung bean salad with butternut squash and coconut.
Roasted cauliflower and pea salad.
A tub of either Pineapple pachadi or onion, tomato and chilli jam and if you're lucky there might be both.

One of two “waters” one coriander and ginger based and one tamarind and date.
