An Indian inspired feast for lunch. Arrive any time between 11.30 pm and 2.30 pm and stay as long as you like.
This is definitely easy to adapt to dietary requirements so let me know what works best for you and I will amend/substitute accordingly. Please do not book this event if your taste buds don’t like coriander, coriander is featured very heavily in all the dishes and would be impossible to pick out.
You can have as much of or any of the salads you like the sound of but please let me know if you would like either chicken, salmon or potato Aloo Ki Tikki.

Mung bean salad with sweet potato and coconut.
Kachumba salad made with cucumber, tomato and red onions.
Roasted cauliflower and pea salad.

Raita - yogurt, cucumber and my secret spice mix.
Two “waters” one coriander and ginger based and one tamarind and date.
I will try and get hold of some pani puri to eat with the salads - Puri is a deep fried puffed up, hollow ball made by millions of Indians at home and can be found on street food stalls. Usually eaten for breakfast or as a snack, if I can't get hold of them then there's always poppadoms!
