Come along to The Four Seasons Garden Centre in Darwen where we will have a feast of a BBQ in this magical setting with the amazing Ginception team (they do magical things with gin). Don't worry about the weather, lots of covered seating, we will have some poly tunnels we can eat in and outdoor fire pits that we will have lit on the night. Fully stocked bar and GIN box so don't worry about bringing along anything to drink.
Please note there will be a bar on site provided by Ginception - the cost of drinks are NOT included in price of the tickets.
As well as the THREE BBQ's Meat/Vegetarian/Vegan there will be a selection of amazing fresh salads, dips, sauces and extras to delve into - one things for sure you will try some amazing food you never knew would work on a BBQ and you definitely won't go home hungry! I am not going to list them all as you would be scrolling down pages but we promise there will be at least 20 different dishes for you to try as well as the BBQ food. The menu isn't finalised and there will be additional dishes but for now ......

1 Meat ..... Aussei beer barbi'ed chicken wings - Chicken wings marinated in beer, peanut butter, lemon juice and soya sauce - well the Aussies do know how to barbi! BBQ'd chorizo sausage - whoo if you have never tried this then you are so in for a treat .... the smokiness from the coals lifts the paprika to a whole new heaven. Sticky maple glazed pork ribs - finger licking amazing. Sausages and burgers - well you can't really have a BBQ without them ....
2 Vegan - Miso aubergine slices wrapped around slices of red pepper. Avocado halves with a harissa, tahini and soya yogurt dressing - we made these last year and yes it does sound odd but I promise you will never look at avocado in the same way again. Sweet potato slices with a mint and chilli dressing. Smoked, charred sweet corn on the cob. Cauliflower and broccoli steaks marinated with a tahini and soya dressing.
3 Vegetarian - Grilled halloumi and peaches sprinkled with dukkah (an Egyptian spice blend made from roasted nuts, seeds and spice). Greek courgette burgers - the meat eaters will be fighting you for these vegan delights. Grilled vegetables galore with some feta cheese/dips etc to sprinkle on if you choose... and of course you can have some of the vegan BBQ too.
Pudding - cakes (including vegan and gluten free ones), meringues and marshmallows to roast on the fire pits.
