A Buddha bowl is essentially a simple one bowl meal, a healthy and colourful complete meal in a bowl loaded with fresh vegetables in a tasty coconut Thai inspired broth topped with crunchy noodles with a side portion of rice. Hearty, filling and bloody delicious even though I do say so myself. There's no need to worry about coriander I will put it in a separate dish on the side. Arrive any time between 7.00pm and 7.30pm
