I think the word curry has to be the biggest and widest term in the culinary world. Three curries, all fairly mild but big on flavour but so incredible different and from different parts of the curry world. If you are a vegetarian or vegan let me know so that I can adapt and replace the meat and fish. If you are vegan please let me know when you book so that I can take that into consideration when deciding what to make for pudding (I have an epic vegan brownie recipe that's taken me years to perfect!)
We will start of with some salads and dips, some pani puri and poppadoms to share and then the three main curry dishes ;
First curry is from Indonesia where lemongrass and limes leaves make the dish sing, the second a butter chicken also known as murgh makhani dish from northern Indian and the third a prawn curry from Goa.
All served with rice and a selection of naan/chapati style breads
