Feed your JOY is part of my Feed Your Feelings Supper Clubs Series.
As a holistic coach and chef, I focus on how to balance our emotions out with food.
Each dinner, I’ll explain the oriental background of certain feeling, to which foods, flavour, season and body organ it is connected to.
Then, using mainly seasonal and local ingredients, I serve you a balanced 3 course meal, that supports the feeling we focused on.
The menu is based on oriental theory of five elements and as this dinner is about feeling more JOYful, all the food served will be connected to this emotion.
I plan the menu a few days in advance, as it’s based on the weather and local ingredients available, however all the courses are gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan.
Please let me know in advance, in case of any food allergies, I’ll be very happy to accommodate.
