Just before lockdown I managed to get to southern India, the Goa, Kerala, Varkala area of India and I did a couple of cookery classes with a view to replicating the dishes when I got home, I've finally got round to it so here it is. Let me know if you want the fish or vegan option.

A - Prawn Khizi - This was my absolute favourite dish that I had on holiday , curry leaves, cocnut milk, onions and prawns in a dark sticky sauce.
B - Butternut squash curry - lentils and coconut milk is the base of this dish, add to it butternut squash and fresh curry leaves and this fragrant curry tastes as good as it smells.
Two side dishes will be served with it one is pineapple pachadi which is a soothing South Indian style side dishes that is technically a chutney but eaten like a curry and the other is a tomato chutney and rice.
Pay online via wefifo so no money changes hands and you don't have to touch a card terminal. I am doing it at cost price, putting as many precautions in place as is possible. Please don't come out if you have any Covid19 symptoms, if you have to self isolate and need the food to be dropped off let me know when you book and I will do my best to get it to you.
I'll be watching out for you so when you get here park in front of the house or on the drive, stay in your car and I will come out and put the pre packed salads on the back seat or in the boot.
