Do you want to try and eat less meat and want some inspiration? Tonight we are celebrating hearty winter salads made with ingredients such as beetroot, parsnip, carrots, pear, butternut squash, cauliflower and spinach. These cold and warm dishes will prove to you that salads are definitely not boring and not just for summer! All the salads will be vegan and served in large bowls to share and pass round (you know how it works, bring tubs just in case there's some left!)
All the salads will be plant based served in large serving bowls for you to try, take as much as you want, go back for seconds and thirds and if there's any left take some home for you lunch (bring a tub). There will be at least 8 different dishes (you know if you have been to dinner before the menu may change and be added to - a lot!)
For pudding I'll make some cardamom and rose infused rice pudding made with almond milk
Please could you let me know when you book how much of a plant based menu you'd like and I'll fit the menu to suit (I promise there will be no meat!) .
