This class has a focus for those looking to lose weight, suitable and alternative ingredients and how to maximise flavour while obeying the rules! All classes can be adapted to suit allergies and dietary requirements.
This class focuses on a specific dish, quick to prepare and delicious to eat – there is a demo and then apron on and you re-create making enough to eat and take a portion home for another day.
