An adventurous feast of beautifully presented Middle Eastern/North African dishes. It’s my favourite type of food to prepare and to eat, and is mostly healthy with plenty of fresh, wholesome ingredients. There will be plenty of delicious dishes on the table for sharing, followed by two desserts, and mint tea. You won’t leave hungry!

Welcome drink - sparkling hibiscus infusion
Baba Ganouj (smoked aubergine dip);
Mini beef kofta made with herbs and pine nuts;
Muhammara (walnut and roast red pepper dip)
Chicken and Lemon Tagine Stew, made with preserved lemons and green olives;
Middle Eastern Rice topped with fried onions and toasted almonds;
Tabouleh salad (tomatoes, cucumber, fresh green herbs and bulgur wheat)
Fresh Orange fruit salad with dates and almonds;
Chocolate brownies with cinnamon and cardamom.
