Crunchy Manchurian made from shredded cabbage and carrots bound together and deep fried served on a Tangy Spiced jus made with diced ginger, garlic and spring onions. (V)
Karai Ghost - Tender Spring Lamb made to a traditional home recipe passed down by Savita, Niraj's Grandmother and cooking inspiration.
Murgh Makhani - Butter chicken but not as you know it. Made from 100% tender mini chicken fillets in a rich yet light spicy creamy sauce.
Channa Bhaji - Traditional North Indian home comfort food.
Chickpeas and Baby Spinach cooked in a traditional home Masala. (V)
Ringan No Oro - A Gujarati favourite. Chargrilled Aubergine stir fried with sliced onions, vine tomatoes, garlic, ginger and chillies. (V)
All above served with Jeera (Cumin) Rice and a Trio of Fresh made Naan - Chilli, Garlic and Buttered.
