Join me at Monkley Ghyll Farm, for a four course, farm-to-table supperclub, using seasonal, foraged, home grown and home made produce.
The supperclub will begin with a brief farm tour and introduction to Monkley Ghyll and our ethos. There will be a welcome drink of wild cocktails, and a farm sourced canapes, before sitting down to homemade sourdough, and a four course menu based inspired by Summer flavours, and the seasonal ingredients available at Monkley Ghyll Farm at this time of year.

Garden Salad, Homemade Ricotta Curd, Tempura Squash Flowers
Roasted Hogget, Minted Peas and Broad Beans and Wild Garlic New Potatoes with Nasturtium, Chives and Red Wine Jus.

This Event is BYOB, but a welcome drink is included in the event price.
Vegetarian Options are available on request, but due to the nature of this event, we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements.
