Food was great, and setting was very impressive. The arrival and checkin process was not good - waiting for coatcheck, slow bar service and then we were asked for tickets, which we had never been given. After another delay a man said he would try to find us a table. He came back and said he had found one, but then it turned out there were people already sitting in those seats, so we were left awkwardly hanging around in the aisle. He then found us a space but it did not make us feel very welcomed. The acting was just about ok. Overall for £140 for two, not including drinks, I expected a lot more.
I love immersive dining and this was brilliant in all aspects. The set, storyline and acting were superbly put together, with just the right amount of audience interaction. Every single dish was stunning, incredible flavours and textures. Already excited to see what these guys do next. Can't recommend highly enough.
