Bio
After finishing university I retrained as a chef at Tante Marie Culinary Academy then after graduating working briefly at St John Bar and Restaurant in London before returning back home to focus on starting my own business focused on the history and evolution of traditional British food and so British Kitchen was created! We k=now run monthly supper clubs focusing on different aspects of British cuisine both past and present.
