Am inspired by Asian sea food and vegetarian food. Simple fresh produce , techniques, history. I love cooking , baking teaching ,speaking about food. Writing reading travelling are my hobbies. I enjoy eating clean flavours ,Chinese , Mediterranean, coastal Indian cuisines . Working in different countries has made me appreciate the people who cook and how they treat fresh produce . The magical transformation of the colour texture, flavours, melange of different taste are what drives me to get up everyday . I did try to go in different careers but cooking was a calling .
