I am Linda and cooking and serving has been a integral part of me since childhood . Growing up talking about food oh the dining table ,watching the matriarchs cook , watching chefs cook in restaurants left a indelible mark on me . 20 years later after cooking professionally in hotels and restaurants in few countries I have gone back in search of my cuisine. The coastal state of Goa with its unique cuisine has a story behind cooking methods , ingredients and deep connection with the environment. I am fascinated by the ingenuity of adding vegetables to meat dishes , bold flavours and masala blends and incorporate this concept of cooking at my supper-clubs and pop ups.
