Dietary requirements
I am: Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian
I'm allergic to: Gluten, milk, wheat
I'd rather not eat: Raw meat, blue cheese, red meat, fatty food, pork, raw fish, marzipan
I'd rather eat: Non gm, fair trade, organic, ethically sourced food, non processed
I love good food - this can mean different things to different people but my interpretation of good food is food that feeds you and doesn't harm you, and tastes good! Steaming, poaching, baking, roasting and gentle sauteing are favoured cooking methods. Also raw foods and these can sometimes require imagination to make interesting. I also have lots of food intolerances, but there are lots of foods that I can eat, so all is not lost.
