I have been a vegetarian for 50 years and am now vegan and gluten free, soya free and sugar free and organic as much as possible.
I am very active and healthy and in my mid 60s.
I run my own business in the centre of Brighton working with people who are dyslexic, dyspraxic, have ADHD or mild aspergers. I am also trained in trauma therapy.
I love reading - am a member of 2 book groups and I love going to the theatre and cinema. I volunteered at the Brighton festival throughout May and had a wonderful time.
