Chef Maria’s Caribbean Kitchen is my Home based pop up restaurant and was developed out of my love for being a host family as well as hosting dinner parties. I have always enjoyed cooking for friends and family in my spare time - I enjoy the art of preparing and cooking great food whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner food is so important to ones well being and excellent company is even better. I have decided to change my career path totally by cooking full time for people who will appreciate good cooked soul food straight from the heart. Prior to my decision to start cooking full time I have been in the educational sector for 18 years a role that I fully enjoyed. The experience of teaching students and getting to know each and every one of them has been a great. I look forward to meeting you and cooking for you, Maria
