A bit about me

I am a highly motivated cook specialising in Moroccan food, I am happy to cook and create dishes to please everybody using herbs and spices that remind me of the souks of my home town Marrakech.

Bio

I am a qualified further education teacher. I am working with adults from different backgrounds teaching languages. I have the talent of the two mean communications worldwide languages and food . My love and passion to cooking is coming from my Moroccan origines and has always been driving me to share my knowledge and skills of traditional combinations of herbs, spices and authentic recipes I have learned from my childhood preparing a wide variety of delicious Moroccan dishes with my mother that was passed on to her by my grandparents who were cooks by trade and worked in embassies and top hotels such as La Mamonia hotel in Marrakech in 1930's.
