I am an Estonian Canadian ex-chef-turned-food writer. I've been running a supper club out of my Tallinn flat since 2012, each one with a different theme - everything from murder mysteries to Mrs Beaton to different national cuisines.
My cooking style is simple and relaxed. You won't find any fussy fine dining here. What you will find is good, honest cooking using quality ingredients (locally sourced, when possible, or grown myself on my farm), inspired by the places I have lived or travelled to.
