A 12 week hands-on programme for teenagers, to learn, be inspired, and to create delicious recipes, whilst also gaining an understanding of food preparation and nutrition, in a fun, practical and personalised way.
Students will spend 6 sessions cooking in my kitchen (& will be able to take their recipes and food home to share with their families) & 6 sessions in their own home cooking the provided recipes.

Examples being burgers & coleslaw, cooking with yeast & making pizzas, sponge cakes & flapjacks, and working with pastry to create sweet & savoury delights.
