Mirza Ghasemi - A Persian favourite from the North of Iran - smoked aubergine, tomato and garlic
Shireen Polo - Usually served at Iranian banquets or weddings - a colourful dish of jewelled rice, topped with orange peel, caramelised carrots, pistachio, almonds and barberries with slow cooked chicken thighs
Vegetarian Option*: The above (Shireen Polo) but without the chicken thighs
Mast O Khiar - Yogurt and cucumber with dried mint and rose petals
