Getting our “amuse bouche" on at ibu’s next pop up and introducing a couple more of our hidden Malaysian gems. Our menu will take you on a delightful journey that represents the flavours of South East Asia, come settle in for the ride.

This time our Sambal will be served as a dip to kick start those taste buds whilst you mull over the drinks menu, a Lychee Martini aperitif perhaps?

Drinks in hand and the first of our new additions will be on its way to you.

Making a debut as the STARTER - the mother of all curries, a tasty Rendang made with beef or cauliflower depending on your preference and served with cucumber. Soothing tastes to look out for include lemongrass, galangal, cloves, cardamom, star anise, coconut, tamarind and chilli.

Taste buds tickled, time for the MAIN event! Laksa is an aromatic, spicy coconut noodle soup with or without Chicken. A vegan option is also on offer. Akin to a cuddle in a bowl, this will leave you feeling like you have had the Malaysian equivalent of Chicken Soup, soothed and sated.

To finish the meal off...an amalgamation of ultimate sorbet freshness and creamy indulgence, only no cream, it’s dairy free… genius!!

We are offering 2 sittings, so you have the table for 2 hours and are welcome to stay on for a drink at the outside tables (weather permitting!) afterwards.

When booking, please let us know if you whether you are having the MEAT, VEGETARIAN or VEGAN option.

We are a licensed venue and along with our Lychee Martini will be offering a variety of beer, red and white wines matched for your dining pleasure - personal suggestion is the Negroamaro if you are a red drinker and if white, the Riesling.
