The Flavour Project is Ernesto Gabriel's first venture in London where he brings together his formal culinary education and experience working at multiple michelin starred restaurants in London such as Royal Hospital Road (***) among and many others.
Taking inspirations from travelling all over the world, Ernesto looks to put his nomadic knowledge and stamp on the London scene, using only British ingredients and focusing on clean, crisp and punchy flavours.
