What to expect;
A welcome glass of Moroccan Orange & Mint Prosecco on arrival
Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices and we will create traditional Ras-el-hanout spice mix and harissa paste.
Spice Roasted Aubergines & Shallots with Ras-el-hanout
You will learn how to transform aubergines into a wonderful roast with your our own home-made spice mix.
Pumpkin, Sweet Peppers & Apricot Tagine
A sumptuous tagine using harissa paste.
Saffron Cous Cous
Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron.
A refreshing salad of orange & carrot with pomegranates
A sweet treat of Stuffed Dates with Almonds
Moroccan Mint Tea to end your sumptuous supper
