Poulet Cocotte Grand mere
Feeds 2 - 4 people
1 whole chicken or chicken parts (Thighs, drumsticks)
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs rosemary (Fresh or dried)
4 sprigs thyme (Fresh or dried)
8oz - 200g bacon or lardon
2 glasses of dry white wine
4 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
Salt and Pepper
