Umberto is from Sicily but has lived in the UK for nearly 20 years. Since 2012, he has worked as a personal chef and caterer catering weddings, dinner parties and celebrations. He sources high-quality, high-welfare ingredients from the South West to dazzle clients with the finest Italian food in London, Bristol, Bath, The Cotswolds, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Wales. Umberto specialises in artisan arancini (Sicilian risotto balls) and fresh, handmade pasta. Umberto loves to cook and loves to feed people and takes great pride in sharing the food of his native Sicily with his clients through Hungry Chefs.
