Bio
Nicola has set up Willow Bakery to bring real bread back to the community in Shepperton, Middx. A member of the Real Bread Campaign, a Bread Angel (after completing an induction with Virtuous Bread) Nicola is a World Bread Award winning baker, who wants to bake bread with the best and freshest of ingredients. Nicola teaches adults and children how to bake their own bread, including sourdough and offers masterclasses locally. As well as offering pop up events throughout the year The classes are informal, and small in size so you can get lots of one on one attention!
