Hand rolled cottage cheese and spinach balls gently simmered in tomato based curry in traditional spices.
Kerala Chicken curry
Coconut milk based chicken curry with ginger,a generous hit of black and white pepper and curry leaves.
Baby eggplants coated in a blend of aromatic spices along with tamarind pulp.
All mains are served with Parathas and Cumin rice.

Kheer- Creamy cardamom rice pudding
