I have been cooking from a young age, starting with Indian food, and it has been a passion of mine ever since. With my first career behind me, I have decided to start sharing this passion for food. A lot of research goes into the recipes before I settle on the one that I think is both brings the spirit of the recipe to life and is enjoyable to make and share. You will adopt these recipes as your own very quickly as you learn how to tailor them to your particular taste. Seldom do I take short cuts - I can take 30 minutes to make a sandwich -- but when it's done its a piece of art! I have been fortunate enough to have travelled extensively to the Middle East, Asia, Mediterranean, and the Caribbean so the majority of my focus is one the cuisines of those regions. I have placed second twice is national cookery competitions in the Middle East and have cooked as a guest Chef in 5 Star / Michelin starred restaurants in the Middle East and Ireland.
