I have been cooking from a young age, starting with Indian food, and it has been a passion of mine ever since. I have decided to start sharing this passion for food. A lot of research goes into the recipes before I settle on the one that I think is both brings the spirit of the recipe to life and is enjoyable to make and share. You will adopt these recipes as your own very quickly as you learn how to tailor them to your particular taste. Seldom do I take short cuts - I can take 30 minutes to make a sandwich -- but when it's done its a piece of art! I have been fortunate enough to have travelled extensively to the Middle East, Asia, Mediterranean, and the Caribbean so the majority of my focus is one the cuisines of those regions. I have placed second twice is national cookery competitions in the Middle East and have cooked as a guest Chef in 5 Star / Michelin starred restaurants in the Middle East and Ireland. I look forward to sharing some of my ideas and recipes with you.

What a great way to spend a couple of hours, Bush was a fantastic teacher, very patient and knowledgeable about the ingredients and the processes, making the whole experience first class. If you get a chance to take part in one of his demonstrations then please dont hesitate to sign up, i promise you will not regret it. The end results were spectacular and the finished dishes were truly authentic and beyond delicious. To sum up, if you want to try some authentic, traditional Indian cuisine created and executed by an exceptional chef, then this is place to do that. Could not speak more highly of Bush and his food....exceptional 5*

Such a great and well thought out menu. It's incredible to see how the dishes come together and the flavors, spices, and dishes come together to compliment each other. It's such a fun experience getting together with friends and cooking and eating as a virtual group.

This is my third cooking class with chef Bush. It was wonderful again. The food was delicious and the chef made it seem so simple. At the end I had an amazing meal while having so much fun cooking it. Would recommend these classes highly.
