Hi! I am a film editor moved to London 3 years ago to change something in my life. I’m Insulin Resistant and eating out with my problem was incredibly hard. I studied a lot to find an alternative way of eating that was healthy, tasty like Italian kitchen and suitable for everyone. It’s too important having a social life without feeling guilty when eating out. That’s why I created Lowsteria. I am not so good to cook but I love to test recipes and give suggestions to my chefs to create a menu for Lowsteria SupperClub
