Bio

I am a PA in London and have a long commute (4.1/2 hrs a day) so during the week cooking tends to be healthy and quick, lots of fresh meat/fish and salads. Lots of fruit too. Trying to shift about 1 st at the moment so trying to be extra healthy. Love watching programmes such as Master Chef etc. and anything creative. I love to paint, do silver/goldsmithing when I get the time, I am currently learning to stone carve.
