Italian Feast with Cuckoo Gin

Stephanie did not actually come to the event, she booked two seats as a gift for her parents. I did explain at the beginning of the evening that I am not a trained chef but a passionate home cook who loves sharing food. I am sorry that the presentation wasn't up to scratch and that it was felt that event was not value for money, I did explained that the venue was not a restaurant but a distillery with no kitchen. It was love to meet her parents David and Pauline and I hope they enjoyed their evening none the less.
