I am a self taught cook who is passionate about food. I am on a mission to get Filipino cuisine on the culinary map here in the UK. So I hope that you will give my cuisine a try. In 2016, I won the Best "Alternative Christmas Dish" on Kristie Allsopp's Handmade Christmas as judged by Chef Jimmy Lee, who called my food "morish". My supperclub, maynila, has been featured in The Independent and other online publications. Travel and food are two of my favourite things in the world. The food I cook today is a result of this. I look forward to welcoming you to one of our events. I hope you find our food both tasty and satisfying, "malinamnam" in our language; as well as, a fun dining experience you will want to share with your family and friends.

"Kamayan" Feast

We had a brilliant evening with great food and good company! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try an authentic traditional Filipino meal.

"Kamayan" Feast

What an amazing experience, we had never eaten Kamayan style before, the food was laden out in front of us on banana leaves all fresh, tasty, colourful and utterly delishicous. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and it was a real treat being able to eat outside. All the hosts made us feel very welcome, at home and spent time explaining all the dishes, their origin, method of cooking, ingredients and family stories about shared meals, all in all a truly wonderful night.
